IDTSC's core research and development team comprises many excellent and influential experts who focus on deep learning and computer vision, and more than 90% of experts have master degree or above. All of the members of the elite in this team graduated from well-known universities, and they have rich project experience in Haikang, Dahua, Alibaba, Huawei and other enterprises.

Professor Chen TIAN, CTO of IDTSC, PhD (Huazhong University of Science and Technology), Visiting Scholar in Yale and Göttingen universities, Ph.D. supervisor at Nanjing University, China. In the area of computer networks and distributed systems, he has published more than 70 papers in leading academic conferences and well-known international journals (including 3 ACM SIGCOMM, 1 FAST), and 14 patents. The paper has been widely cited (more than 2,400 times in Google Scholar) by top academic conferences such as ACM SIGCOMM and USENIX NSDI. Prof. Tian is a founding member of the ACM SIGCOMM CHINA Committee, co-chair of ACM APNET, TPC of International Conferences such as IEEE ICDCS, IEEE SECON, IFIP Networking, etc.; Professor Tian will lead IDTSC project team to focus on high-speed video processing and 6G bandwidth effective use combined projects.
